 Matthew L. Cavey, MD
Radiation Oncologist Matthew L. Cavey, M.D., graduated
with a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University in
Dallas, Texas before receiving his medical degree in 2001 from the University
of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas
Dr. Cavey completed an internship with Austin Medical Education Programs at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas. He then
went on to complete his residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, before joining The Center for
Cancer and Blood Disorder’s team this spring.
Dr. Cavey lives in Southlake with his wife, Sara.
